Can I cancel or modify my order once it is placed?
If you need to cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, please communicate with us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on what stage your order is in our fulfillment process, we may or may not be able to modify or cancel your order. For example, if it has already been shipped, it is too late. In which case, please refer to our Refund Policy.
I received the wrong or a defective product, what do I do?
We follow strict quality control and order fulfillment processes. However, if you received a defective item, please email email@example.com to describe the defect to us (with photos) as soon as possible. Any defective items will be replaced.

What are your standard delivery times?
Quebec orders composed of in-stock merchandise are usually prepared and shipped from our facility within 7 business days, and delivered within 3-5 business days following shipment (excluding holidays and weekends for delivery).
For orders being sent to all other Canadian provinces, please expect 7 to 10 business days of delivery processing time following shipment.
Can I order even if I do not live in Québec?
Yes! We provide Canada-wide shipping only. Simply make sure you select your province when entering your shipping address.
How can I return or exchange an item bought online?
To make a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All regular priced Petit Hurricane Co. items can be refunded or exchanged if returned to us within 15 days after their delivery. Sale items are FINAL SALE. They must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original package with the tags. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full details.

I can see my item has shipped, but I have not received it yet, what can I do?
If your order was shipped, and you still have not received it, we ask that you go through the following steps.
- Wait 10 business days after you've received the delivery notice by email. Depending on your location, delivery processing times may vary.
- Check with your local post office if the package has not been sent to their local counter.

Where do all the Petit Hurricane Co. items come from?
All our products are handmade and designed in Québec for quality control and to provide original, unique designs.
There are items marked as sold out or are no longer on the website. Will there be more available?
Unless otherwise indicated in the description of the items, all Petit Hurricane Co. items are standard, permanent styles. We, however, reserve the right to discontinue items that decrease in popularity in order to reduce waste. Should this be the case, the product description will reflect any new information once decided. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more detailed information.

How can I apply my promo code?
Your promo code will give you a special discount when making a purchase. You will need to provide the code once you complete your checkout in the box "Promo code". Promo codes are for single use only and Petit Hurricane Co. reserves the right to discontinue their use at any given time.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to anywhere in Québec is .99, unless otherwise indicated (either it be for a sale or a product promotion) or .99 for all other Canadian provinces. Free shipping is applied to all orders of .99 and more. Shipping costs are calculated by weight of shipment for all orders.
