Advisor - in-store customer service

**Part-time - Between 16 and 25 hours per week - available on weekends

 

The shop :

Filled with baby items (and for the family) from mainly Quebec and Canadian brands focused on eco-responsibility, the Boutique Famille Petit Hurricane Co. is a place where a parent, grandparent, friend (e) always finds what you are looking for while encouraging great local brands and businesses.

It\'s a place to unwind, something parents crave. There\'s a place to breastfeed, there\'s a place to heat your baby\'s bottle in the microwave, there\'s a place for all the parent\'s choices and it\'s always without judgement. Just coffee, plants and baby stuff.

 

Role and responsibilities:

 

Working closely with the management team and the owners, the distributor(trice) de joie makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction in store, its main objective is to have a 100% happy customer conversion, being able to make a Barista coffee is a plus.This person must be able to identify opportunities and take the initiative to put in place strategies/solutions to achieve them.

 

Your days at Petit Hurricane Co.:

  • Greet all customers in store with joy
  • Respond to customer queries and find innovative solutions/products
  • Make lots of delicious coffees for our customers 
  • Participate in store opening and closing tasks 
  • Ensure maintenance of the shop during the day 
  • Manage the proper functioning of the cash register and transactions 
  • Collaborate with team members on all other tasks related to the company\'s mission 

 

Requirements:

  • Have a keen interest in baby/maternity/paternity products
  • Love customer service and home environments
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in French (English is an asset)
  • Have experience in a store customer service environment
  • Adapt quickly to changes and open-minded
  • Have a good knowledge of Apple products an asset
